I’m Erica Cooper, a Senior Digital Learning Analyst with a passion for designing learning that’s smart, engaging, and built to last. I specialize in instructional design, digital learning strategy, and team collaboration, and my portfolio reflects my readiness for both senior design roles and leadership opportunities in learning and development.

 

It is my hope that the work I do will help others learn, grow, and change. I am especially interested in roles that help employees improve their careers, that focus on mental health and wellness, or that work to build open and inclusive environments.

My Design Style

I believe learning should be useful, intuitive, and–when appropriate–fun. I design with empathy and intention, using storytelling, humor, and interactivity to make content and learning stick. Whether I’m building a compliance course that doesn’t bore people to tears or crafting a microlearning that makes hiking safety unforgettable, I focus on learner engagement and real-world application.

I’m passionate about creating scalable programs that not only teach, they transform, and I believe deeply in the connection between relevant development and employee retention.
