Presenting data trends and evidence of impact is a key part of most learning development roles, and engaging visuals with clear graphs and charts is a crucial part of these moments. These slides were developed as part of a leadership request, and although specific details have been removed from the slides for privacy and security reasons, the overall layout and design demonstrates my approach to these important moments.
