Training Data Presentation

Presenting data trends and evidence of impact is a key part of most learning development roles, and engaging visuals with clear graphs and charts is a crucial part of these moments. These slides were developed as part of a leadership request, and although specific details have been removed from the slides for privacy and security reasons, the overall layout and design demonstrates my approach to these important moments. It combines visual clarity with strategic insights to support decision-making and highlight learning impact.
